Shipping in Ireland

We at Impact Signs use Fastway or DPD couriers for all orders within The Republic of Ireland. Once Artwork is Approved from our experience products are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days. This may be longer on larger items.

Shipping in European Union

We at Impact Signs use AnPost International for all EU orders.

Shipping to Europe & the UK can take 5-10 working days. Although AnPost insists to allow up to 14 days for shipment to arrive. Unless your item has been marked as sent, Impact Signs cannot be held responsible for any items that do not arrive.

An order may be changed or cancelled up until that product has been printed. However, it cannot be changed after approval of artwork has been given. In the case of alteration of design, changes may be made before the manufacturing process begins but not after.

Impact Signs will endeavor to deliver your product(s) in a prompt manner. When your order is received and paid for and if the product is in stock, Impact Signs will on average dispatch that product within 2 – 3 working days. However, if the product needs to be ordered in or manufactured it will be dispatched within 10 working days of the processing of the payment.

If, for some unforeseen reason, we cannot deliver the product within this time scale, we will contact you to advise of a delivery time.

Returns

It is your statutory right to return a faulty or incorrect product and to receive a full refund of the cost of the product, minus any carriage costs incurred by Impact Signs. You must call Impact Signs on +353 46 94 31298 or +353 86 8243192 or 085 7228459 to discuss your return. Return the product within 14 days of the dispatch of the product, including, with the returned product, and stating the reason for the return.

It is not a statutory requirement that Impact Signs offers returns for a change of mind. However, Impact Signs will accept returns of products that are not faulty if the consumer can provide a reasonable cause for the return. You must, however, check with Impact Signs that we will accept the return by calling us on +353 46 94 31298 or +353 86 8243192 or 085 7228459 before sending back the product. You must then return the product within 14 days of the dispatch of the product, including, with the returned product and stating the reason for the return. It is at the discretion of Impact Signs to offer a refund or a replacement product, depending on the circumstances of the return. Impact Signs will not refund any carriage costs incurred in sending the product.

For custom-built body kits and accessories it is the responsibility of the consumer to provide the correct specifications. Impact Signs will not be responsibility for a part manufactured in the incorrect size or other specification if it has made the product according to the measurements and specifications provided by the consumer. Incorrect measurements or specifications will negate the right of the consumer to return the product(s).

Retain evidence of the postage of your product for tracking purposes.

All products must be returned, as received, with all parts and in the original packaging and without any damage caused by the consumer.

Upon receipt of the product from a consumer who has followed the correct procedure for returns Impact Signs will refund the cost of the product to the card provided or to the Paypal account or dispatch the replacement product within 5-7 working days of receipt of the returned product.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to follow all instructions for the installation of the product purchased. Impact Signs will not be responsible for damage done to the product by the consumer and this will negate the right to return the product.

Products are returned at the consumer’s own cost and risk. Impact Signs will not be held responsible for returns lost, delayed or damaged by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly in relation to this.
